Shipping policy
We are accepting orders and deliveries in the United Arab Emirates. For international orders, kindly contact us first to verify if we can ship to you countries before placing an order.
Our standard charges for UAE.
- AED 15 per kg
For online and over the phone orders, delivery will take 2-3 days. The delivery person may ask you to sign a delivery note and will hand you an original invoice and receipts upon payment collection.
Please check the condition of the parcel before signing. In case that it’s damaged or tampered, you can reject the package.
You can track your orders by clicking “My Account”, log in and check your package status.
If you wish to send your order to a different address, please make sure to indicate the delivery address in case different from your registered address.
We don’t deliver to PO Boxes.
